Tune Botargo-slices

This tuna roe is made from salted tuna eggs that are pressed and then left to dry.

Renowned for its delicious flavour, this roe is considered the "caviar of the Mediterranean". Excellent both grated on pasta or sliced and served as an hors d´oeuvre.

This Blue Marlin tuna roe is processed using the traditional techniques of the fishermen of the island of Carloforte.
